5/2/2024 10:30am: Notice To the Neighborhood from the Board:
"To all of our Neighbors,
The board is aware of the road conditions, falling trees and Quadvest water issues. We are working as a team to check emergency road access and assist utility companies to that they can get into our neighborhood. Please be aware that the flooding is country wide and even with the emergency access open, in our opinion, the best option is to stay safe at home. We need to leave these areas clear for the utility companies and true emergency access. As we have more information, we will keep you posted.

Sincerely,Â
The Texas Grand Ranch POA Board"

Update 5/2/2024 at 4:10pm CT
"Good afternoon Neighbors,Â
As of now, the Quadvest plant is running on generators due to the power outage and will continue to do so until MidSouth can restore power. MidSouth is working to get to TGR to resolve the issue, but because their resources are stretched thin we do not have an ETA for the power to be restored at the plant.
Until the power is restored, we are requesting everyone on Quadvest to conserve as much water as possible. If you have not already, turned off irrigation sprinkler systems, we encourage you to do so now. In addition, limiting the use of appliance such as dishwashers and washing machines is also appreciated.Â
The Board is staying in contact with both MidSouth and Quadvest and will provide updates as they are available. Thank you for your help and patience regarding this.Â
Sincerely,Â
The Texas Grand Ranch POA Board"

Update 5/3/2024 at 3:30pm CT
Good Afternoon, Neighbors,
Quadvest is reporting that power has been restored; and they are no longer running on generators.
We have gotten word from County Commissioner, Ronnie White, that the water at Sandy Creek is rising quickly and may become impassable again. As of 1:45 PM on Friday, 5/3/2024, FM 1374 East of TGR is open and passable, FM 1374 West of TGR is closed, and Dipping Vat is still closed. The safest option is to stay put if you don't need to go out, but please be cautious if you do go out.
Concerns have been raised about potential falling trees within the neighborhood. If you see a tree that is in danger of falling across a power line or road, please send specific information on the location (lot #, address, cross streets, etc.) and a picture, if possible, to the Board at HOA.texasgrandranch@gmail.com.
Sincerely,
Texas Grand Ranch PO Board
