Texas Grand Ranch - 2024 Billing Error

Hello,

The statements for 2024 have been mailed out with an error on the dates. If you set up your account to receive email communication only, then you received an emailed statement. On January 1st everyone with an email on file will receive and emailed statement as well.

The 2024 annual assessment is due January 1, 2024 and late after January 31st.

Please ignore the date on the statements received. 

On the portal your account will show a $0 balance until the 2024 charges are posted on January 1. If you pay before the 1st you will have a credit on your account until then.
