Recording for Site Building Requirements Open Forum 1/4/2024

Below is a link to the recording of the Site Building Requirements Open Forum that was held on Thursday, January 4th.  Feel free to listen and learn about the proposed changes and clarifications to the SBR's.  For those who missed the January 4th session, a second forum covering the same items will be held on Friday, January 12th at 6pm in the same location: The Sierra model home at 107 Dedication Trail.

Please keep in mind that these items are only proposed and will not take effect until voted on.  The Board is currently researching and consulting with legal counsel to ensure these changes are properly and legally implemented.
