Want to give your vote to a proxy or to the POA?

Dear Resident,

Please see the enclosed proxy, should you want to give your voting rights to another resident or

the board of directors.

If you choose to give your proxy to the board of directors, then they will add your vote to where

the majority of the community has voted.
