We are using an online election system to tabulate our votes. You will be assigned a unique access key which can only be used to vote once. Emails with your unique codes and voting link were sent to the email associated with your IMC account. Do not forward the email, nor reply to the email with your vote - as it will only be counted using the instructions below.

To search for the email, search for either the following: From: Texas Grand Ranch POA or Subject: "Vote Now: Texas Grand Ranch POA - 2023 Board Member Vote" ​

Enter your ballot unique code - this should be a 16 character unique code

Select 1-7 candidates from the list; or select abstain; then click continue

This is an excellent slate of candidates, and we look forward to learning about their views and ideas for our community.
Want to give your vote to another person or directly to the POA?
Would you like to give your vote to another resident or provide your vote directly to the POA so that your vote can be cast with the majority? If so, you can fill out the below Proxy Vote document to have your vote cast by another resident or with the majority of TGR residents!

Board Candidate Questions:
As part of confirming their candidacy, candidates were asked to answer a set of Board related questions regarding their candidacy. Additionally, they were asked to fill out an optional set of questions from the community, prepared by the Communications Subcommittee. We encourage all property owners to get to know their candidates. Please use the links under the candidate’s pictures to see their response(s).
The Board related questions are as follows:
